Yangjenq Auto Automatic Tray Arrangement Machine is equipped with an advanced PLC intelligent control system and built-in 15 memory settings, allowing users to freely configure parallel or staggered arrangement patterns according to production requirements. The machine can accommodate up to 100 trays at a time, effectively reducing manual tray replacement frequency and improving overall production efficiency.The equipment features an integrated computer control panel capable of automatically calculating the optimal arrangement pattern and quantity. Combined with a high-precision servo motor positioning system, products can be accurately and automatically placed onto baking trays or steaming trays, greatly enhancing placement stability and consistency.
In addition, the tray arranging machine is equipped with a built-in alarm buzzer system that instantly reports abnormal conditions. Operators can quickly identify the cause of faults through the control panel, reducing maintenance time and minimizing production downtime.

Our PLC system has a built in memory and can store up to 99 panning patterns. Operation is very simple with a color touch screen and basic settings such as conveyor speeds, indexing speeds can be controlled from the sturdy looking control box.
