The 2025 Vietnam International Baking Exhibition (VIBS) was held from December 10th to 13th at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City. This exhibition aimed to promote industry innovation, enhance corporate competitiveness, and build a vital bridge connecting the international baking supply chain with the Vietnamese market. Co-organized by the Taipei Baking Association, Chan Chao International, and the Vietnam Yorkers Exhibition Service, and supported by the Vietnam Baking Association and ABC Bakery (founded by Chinese entrepreneur Gao Zhaoli), the exhibition has become one of the largest professional baking exhibitions in Vietnam, playing a crucial role in connecting the industry with international resources.
